This tape 250 is Flatback masking tape for a wide variety of bundling and holding applications where
a stronger paper backing is needed. It also can be used for straight line paint masking, for splicing and for protecting.

Masking tape. A masking tape that has a 1-inch wide strip of flatback paper tape having an
average adhesion of 60-ounces/inch widths with a code number 250 or equivalent.

1. The adhesive on this tape is aggressive, and has exceptional holding ability to a wide variety of surfaces.
2. The backing has good solvent resistance for paint masking if a tape of this strength is required.
3. Tape 250 is not recommended for outdoor exposure. Tape may become very difficult to remove.
4. This tape will generally perform satisfactorily on painted metal surfaces at temperatures up to 250ºF (121ºC) for about 30 minutes.
5. Tape 250 can be qualified for PPP-T42C Type II, CID-A-A-883B, MIL-F-18264D.
6. Tape 250 is manufactured in an ISO 9002 registered plant to meet worldwide quality standards.
