3M Scotchcast resin is a two-part epoxy insulating and encapsulating resin that is used to splice solid dielectric and oil-filled cables up to 8 kV. Jacketing up to 69KV epoxy.  Flash point: 140ºC/300ºF or higher. It is included in the 3M 82 and 90-B1 series splice kits. Black Color.

4 電力絕緣膠為兩劑式環氧樹脂（Epoxy）絕緣膠 , 包裝於3M特殊之UnipakTM的包裝袋裡, 當兩劑混合後，將釋出大量的熱至硬化為止，為電纜接頭很好的絕緣及防水材料, 本絕緣膠可做為8KV以下電力塑膠絕緣電纜或充油式電纜的接續材料, 亦可做為69KV以下電力電纜外被材料
