3M™ Crepe Paper Electrical Tape 16 is a yellow, 9.5-mil (0.241 mm) thick tape composed of a 8-mil (0.203 mm) crepe paper backing coated on one side with a thermosetting rubber pressure sensitive adhesive.

 Commonly used for banding coils and for cover on bobbin-wound coils
 Adhesive requires no heat, moisture or other manner of preparation to affect application
 Designed for continuous operation not exceeding 105°C (221°F)
