3M KO1000 配線圖

 一台 3M 漏水檢知器 (KO1000) 只接一條3M 漏水檢知帶 S-1F.

電源 AC 110V 或 AC 220V

#6,#7,#8 & #10,#11,#1 無電壓乾接點是到PLC

One Water Leak Detector can only connect one sensor cable

Power AC110V or AC 220V.

#6,#7,#8 & #10,#11,#1 Dry Contacts are to the PLC.

3M SS-6 固定貼片 固定檢知帶

#4 & #5 is to connect to one end of  the S-1F Sensor Cable

3M Sensor Cable Holder Adhesive Mount secure the  S-1F Sensor Cable

避免3M SS-6 貼片蓋在檢知帶電極外露缺口上方

S-1F 檢知帶末端是開放的(未短路)

 Use SS-6 Sensor Cable Holder to secure the cable and avoid covering the metal opening part.

The end of  S-1F Sensor Cable is open (not short-cut)

改變檢知帶方向

在2處非電極外露處折彎(如圖), 並用兩個SS-6 貼片固定, 避免貼片蓋在檢知帶電極外露缺口上方

Change direction of S-1F Cable

Fold the cable at where the metal is fully covered & use SS-6 Sensor Cable Holder to secure the cable and avoid covering the metal opening part.
