3M KO1000 配線圖

 一台 3M 漏水檢知器 (KO1000) 只接一條3M 漏水檢知帶 S-1F.

電源 AC 110V 或 AC 220V

#6,#7,#8 & #10,#11,#1 無電壓乾接點是到PLC

One Water Leak Detector can only connect one sensor cable

3M Sensor Cable Holder Adhesive Mount secure the  S-1F Sensor Cable

避免3M SS-6 貼片蓋在檢知帶電極外露缺口上方

S-1F 檢知帶末端是開放的(未短路)

 Use SS-6 Sensor Cable Holder to secure the cable and avoid covering the metal opening part.

The end of  S-1F Sensor Cable is open (not short-cut)

改變檢知帶方向 如何彎曲檢知帶

S-1F是使用在直線方向上   如果你需要改變他的方向   請參考左邊的照片

在2處非電極外露處折彎(如圖), 並用兩個SS-6 貼片固定, 避免貼片蓋在檢知帶電極外露缺口上方

3M漏水偵測帶的選擇

S-1F 比較敏感 基本上是用在環境 很乾淨的地方
B-3P 比較不敏感 基本上可以用在 環境比較有灰塵的地方

Change direction of S-1F Cable

For S-1F: This cable is meant for using on a straight line. If you need to change the cable direction, please see photo on the right.

Fold the cable at where the metal is fully covered & use SS-6 Sensor Cable Holder to secure the cable and avoid covering the metal opening part.

Choice of Sensor Cable

S-1F  Very sensitive and apply to clean area.
B-3P  Less sensitive and apply  to dusty area.
